Week 20 Report

This week, the team continued prototyping. Quinn contacted Mike at UNandUP to obtain parts for our open source syringe pump. On Friday, the team met at UNandUP to continue working on the prototype in person. Quinn continues to set up the Arduino. Bert printed all of the 3D printed parts needed for the syringe pump. Zane continued to work on the electromagnet design. The team decided to explore using an iron pipe in hopes of increasing the magnetic field strength. Overall, the team is close to building a working prototype. Some parts are still needed. The team also discussed the VandV report and what needs to be done with that. The team plans to meet more next week to hopefully assemble a full prototype.
