Week 4 Report

In Week 4 of the senior capstone project, our group has divided the preliminary report into sections to individually research and complete. Bert is responsible for continuing background research (with assistance from Quinlan) and updating the scope in addition to completing the stakeholders section of the report. Quinlan has continued communicating with Mike Sabo about the design specifications of the project and has created an updated table with specifications and metrics, accordingly. Zane has begun to research and write about the existing solutions for the group's current problem. Together, the group will be working on the Gantt Chart and making final adjustments on team organization after discussing the significance of each role. After meeting on Sunday 09/19, the group agreed to have research done on each of our sections by this Thursday (9/23) or Friday (9/24). Once organized and ready, we plan to have the preliminary report completed over the weekend and to submit the preliminary report to Dr. Klaesner for a draft review at the beginning of next week (9/27). After receiving comments and feedback from Dr. Klaesner, we will each revise our respective sections and proofread before submission at the end of next week (Week 5).
